The newly increased import and export volume of settled enterprises compared with the previous year shall be supported by 10000 yuan / 1 million US dollars. For the same enterprise, the annual maximum support is 300000 yuan.

Article 7 introduction and reward. The settled enterprises are encouraged to introduce various kinds of talents such as high-end talents in short supply for the enterprises in the zone. If the introduced talents have been selected or newly selected into the national and provincial high-level talents after introduction, according to the project content, task objectives and socio-economic benefits, after evaluation and determination, the talent introduction units will be subsidized according to 40% of the tax remuneration of the introduced talents in the high tech Zone in the previous year, with a maximum of 100000 yuan per person per year, The cumulative support of the same unit shall not exceed 200000 yuan per year.

Article 8 talent reward. Give full play to the leading role of the key talent project. For the talents of national and provincial key talent projects independently declared and selected or introduced full-time by the settled enterprises, according to the role and actual effect of the talents, after review, they will be rewarded with up to 2 million yuan and 1 million yuan respectively. Those who have been accepted by the provincial competent department will be rewarded with another 1 million yuan.

Article 9 enterprises are encouraged to explore overseas markets. Enterprises with annual import and export of more than US $1 million will be supported by 30000 yuan / US $1 million. The export value of countries and regions along the "the Belt and Road" and the export value of electromechanical and high-tech products can be increased by 50% according to the superior policies and assessment requirements.

Article 10 enterprises are encouraged to use foreign capital. If the settled enterprises use foreign capital, they will be rewarded at 350000 yuan / US $1 million after their fixed asset investment is in place.
